About Frankland River

The Frankland is the longest river flowing into the Walpole-Nornalup Inlet, at about 400 kilometres. This estuary opens to the sea permanently and is a sanctuary for birds of the water and other species.

The Frankland River flows over quaint farmland and virgin bush. It’s a popular location for water sports, and fishing is also best in the Frankland River. Take a canoe or kayak to the river and be surrounded by nature.
