Mandalay Beach is a great stop on the way between Manjimup and Walpole. Worth a visit merely for the stunning beach scenery, and visitors might be lucky enough to glimpse the Mandalay wreck, which can still be seen while the tides are down poking out of the turbulent waters of the Southern Ocean. This spot is popular with anglers, but the spectacular views of the Southern Ocean and Chatham Island, which is 3 kilometres offshore from the water, are worth a visit even if you do not fish.
